Fashion Week: Zac Posen track


  Zac Posen Fashion lamp shows its new line tonight at the Fashion Week in New York Mercedes-Benz.

The son of an artist and a business lawyer in Manhattan, Posen always knew he wanted to fashion design. As a child, the synagogue yarmulkes grandparents and make clothes for dolls with them. When he second year in high school, he completed an internship with Nicole Miller and worked under the direction of curator at the Costume Institute of the Metropolitan Museum of Art for three years. And all that was before he was accepted at the Central Saint Martins College in London to study, famous for training many bigwigs of fashion. Posen started his own company in 2001, when he his 21st Celebrated birthday. His first exhibition was in 2002 in a former synagogue on the Lower East Side. But since the beginning of the enterprise poses financial difficulties has fallen, there has been too much too soon, and it has received mixed reviews from the fashion industry.

Posen is known for producing small cocktail dresses and little mermaid-shaped dresses that the known size and low flow match. "Mr. Posen Collections signing vampish developed out of old Hollywood style bias-cut silk dresses and flirty dresses chiffon butterfly fine threads that take their inspiration from something simple in nature, shells, raffia or Tumbleweed, for example," according to a mini-bio in the New York Times.

So what of poses to our program today expect? Something glamorous, mysterious and fun, and I hope very, very surprising.
